TEAM TRAINING NIGHT (6.45pm Wednesday)

I've stuck my neck out and offering my services to run the 1st Team Outrageous training session 2011.

So all it will take is for enthusiastic energetic people to turn up!!!

TIME: 6.45 for 7pm start.
COST: £5 to non-team members (so you can bring your mates javascript:emoticonp('') )
THE SCHEDULE (Draft):
1. 'land training' core development. 30-40 mins
2. (weather permitting bring your road bike) 30 - 40 mins
Time is subject to numbers and weather and how good you behave.

This is outdoors training and will involve "going to ground" so dress accordinglyjavascript:emoticonp('')
