To clip on or not to clip on ???

Did my first race on Sunday and was really pleased with swim, run and even transition splits, but the bike was a real disappointment.

Obviously it was my bikes fault and not the limited bike time, therfore what can i buy ?

Will a clip on tri bar help ? if so what would you recomend ??

A turbo trainer?
