Satruday Sprint Race Transition

I am racing the sprint tommorw morning and am trying to work out my race plan before the day.

What is the transition area floor like I was planning on going with the shoes on bike and no socks option but it looks like the transiton exit and entry is on the gravel path so it might be a better idea to put my shoes on first, any input would be apriciated.
