Though i would start this tell us a bit about your self ? as i prob dont know many of you and be good to find a bit out about each of you,

My name is kevin been in triathlon over 13 years and raced from sprints up to ironman , i was with team outrageous when i fisrt moved to kent 4 years ago till i had a car crash ( mike you dear tell people ) witch i was out for a year and mycome back was larst year with the outlaw as got married year before and larst year go a house that iam doing the buidling work to but its getting there , so with waiting to race again rejoined team outrageous.

This year i will just be racing open water events as training for the marathon 10km swims this year but will do a few of the sprints at the lake when i can , At the moment i work at larkfield swimming pool as a lifegurad / pt coach / duty manager so do a bit of every thing so i work shifts
