swim /run brick training This summer
Hi there,
Be good to get some dates in here to do some training aquathlons maybe
swim
400
800
3,600m
then can run
5km 2 loops of lake
10km 4 loops of lake
20km 8 loops of lake
with the run can leave your drinks and gells etc by the cafe so when doing the loops you have ur own add station ,again with the loops it can be zzzz but gives you good spilts each loop
etc this is great training and the more people we get todo it the better ,iam thinking maybe look may time to do the first one ?

Re: swim /run brick training This summer
Hi Kev,
I am definetly up for this, although i am only a sprint Tri'er at the moment i want to increase my technique in the water as i find myself getting gassed if i dont really focus on my breathing and relaxing !
hope to meet you all when the weater gets better and i can get out of the gym and off my turbo!
