Hi Matt,
Following on from our texts, there will be a full set of instructions etc in new member "pack". basically, we swim during opening hours (10am until dusk) every day from May to October. Outside of that is by arrangement with team members (not open to the general public).
I will start coaching in May - again by arrangement

Matt,
keep a view on the training listings and when we get the calender working it will be more visible.
We had a great meet at the lake this morning and ride out to Trevor's in Goudhurst then back at a pace that was outside my comfort zone. Then I had a nice hill climb with leeky up the A20 to wrotham road and gravesend road - 95k round trip and some fantastic chocolate cake and flapjacks at Trevor's.
If your interested on coming onto a training ride/run let us know and we'll keep you informed.
A few others ran the Paddock Wood 1/2 marathon today to.
