I was thinking of a few 550's
Fast (Ha javascript:emoticonp('tongue'))
Slow (normal)
Fast (which at this stage may look like a slow javascript:emoticonp('Very Happy'))
Slow if I can make another loop.

Then a perimeter slowly to cool down.

Any one fancy a run around after bring their kit.
